Objective:

In 2007, monster.com’s interface was going to be redesigned and its User Experience team was looking for a way to make international studies in various markets. The main challenge was their low budget and time.

Solution:

monster.com carried out a remote usability study with more than 1,000 users in five different markets (United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Holland and Germany) aiming to obtain a precise and objective measurement of the user experience in international markets. Some months later the same type of study was carried out in the United States.
